Sameer brings his experience in analytics, data systems, and reporting to create success in value based care environments. He believes that true value driven patient centered care can be achieved through the creation of robust access to meaningful and actionable healthcare data.

Sameer joins HSG with experience working in federally qualified health center and community based organization environments. He heavily worked to develop monitoring and evaluation methods for program interventions, quality incentive programs, and value based care contracts through expanding structured data systems and building reporting capacity. He has additional experience in creating clinical and operations workflows needed for rapid implementation of interventions, most recently the adoption of telemedicine and COVID-19 testing and vaccinations in health centers and mobile community based programs.
